- Provision of Mini Mart Services
Ritman University seeks an entrepreneur with a strong passion for retail business and excellent customer service delivery to operate the University Mini Mart within the campus.
The selected operator will benefit from:
- Direct access to students, staff, and campus visitors
- A strategic business location within the University environment
- High customer traffic and sustained patronage opportunities

Preferred product categories include:
- Packaged food and beverages
- School supplies and stationery
- Toiletries and personal care products

The selected security company will be expected to provide:
- Access control and gate management
- Patrol and surveillance services
- Protection of lives and property
- Emergency response services
- Security monitoring and incident reporting
- Crowd management during events and examinations
Interested security service providers must submit:
- Evidence of company registration with the appropriate government authority
- Valid operational licence for security services
- Company profile showing evidence of similar assignments successfully executed
- Current Tax Clearance Certificate
- Evidence of trained security personnel
- Proof of compliance with statutory security regulations
- References from at least three reputable organisations previously served
The University seeks service providers capable of maintaining professionalism, responsiveness, integrity, and operational excellence in safeguarding the University community.
- Invitation to Tender for Catering Services
The University further invites qualified and experienced catering service providers to submit bids for the provision of catering services within Ritman University.
The successful contractor(s) will be responsible for delivering quality catering services including but not limited to:
- Preparation and sale of hygienic meals and refreshments
- Management of cafeteria and restaurant facilities
- Provision of catering support during University events and official functions
- Compliance with Health, Safety, and Sanitation regulations of the Ministry of Health
- Maintenance of a clean, safe, and conducive food preparation and dining environment at all times Interested bidders should provide:
- Company profile with evidence of catering experience
- Certificate of Business Registration/Incorporation
- Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
- Food Handling and Health Certification
- Evidence of financial capability
